Nowadays watching television is a very popular way to relax.As a 21st century person, I am interested in everything that exists today, I mean gadgets, the Internet, television.They are so deeply embedded in our daily lives and it is hard to imagine even a day without them.So I like to watch TV, it brings me great pleasure and joy. I cannot choose one program, because I like many of them, but nevertheless, I most of all I prefer the children's channel - Disney. This channel shows Disney cartoons, movies and also family programmes.Besides, I love the STS channel, for there they show interesting movies and TV series, as well as my favourite programme "Ural dumplings". However, I try not to spend a lot of time in front of the screen. I usually watch music programmes, new and interesting films, funny cartoons and educational programs.I agree that television cannot be removed from our everyday life, but, in my opinion, to grow smart and intelligent person you need to read a lot of instructive books and stories.В наше время просмотр телевизора является очень популярным расслабиться.Как человек 21-го века, я интересуюсь всем, что существует сегодня, я имею в виду гаджеты, интернет, телевидение.Они так глубоко укоренились в нашей повседневной жизни, что трудно представить себе и дня без них.Поэтому я люблю смотреть телевизор, это приносит мне огромное удовольствие и радость. One of the international holidays is St. Valentine’s Day. This holiday has its story about two sweethearts, that’s why it’s called the day of all sweethearts. On this day many people make a declaration of love and propose marriage. And if they’ve already found their love, they just remind about it and make surprises or give presents to each other. The main symbol of this holiday is valentine. It’s a small heart-shaped card. It is put into the postbox of that person whom you like. I’m fourteen but I’ve never fallen in love. There is a postbox in our school and every year I receive several valentines from girls. I’m not upset, because I know that’s not love it’s just sympathy. I’m sure I’ll find my love. On this day girls’ faces are radiant with joy. They smile to all the boys in the school and wait for their valentine.
I love this holiday because it gives people happiness and joy. For sweethearts this holiday is another reason to show their love.
