I always dream about my future family! I want to be the best father(mother) and husband (wife). I will play with my children and will be very attentive to them! I think,that I will make breakfast every day to give them a good mood! Now , I have a perfect family. My parents give me all their love! I love my mother and respect my father. I try to help them. We often go on a walk and visit our grandparents. So,what is perfect family? It is a mother,father and children,that help each other and have something in common!

For example : fresh vegetables and fruits, lean food and fresh juice. Secondly, it's sport trainings. You must do exercises every day to be healthy. Also, it's necessary to breathe fresh air! Why we have to control our lifestyle? If we don't do sport,our body will ache. People can't always eat fastfood, because it's bad for our stomach! If people lead a healthy lifestyle,they will have a good mood!
