The ball is usually played with the hands or arms, but players can strike or push (short contact) the ball with any part of the body.
There are different techniques in volleyball blocking, passing, setting, specialized player positions and others. It is interesting to watch volleyball matches on TV when high class teams are playing. I would like to be a good volleyball player and take part in competitions.
