It was a cold winter's night. The wind ... was blowing..and thick snow wasfalling onto the ground. None of us could sleep, so we all were staying up late. While we were sitting in the living room, listening to my brother Jed, play the guitar. Mum came out of the kitchen with hot chocolate for everyone. We werehaving a great time when, suddenly, all the lightswent out. Mum began looking for some candles. Ted was trying to help us when my sister, Emma , fell off the couch. As I was..trying to reach her, I tripped over my brother's guitar. Luckily, Dad found some matches and lit the fire. We could see again but we couldn't stop laughing.
