Кожна дівчинка мріє опинитись на місці Попелюшки — головної героїні казки Шарля Перро "Соболевий черевичок". Добра, незлобива, ніжна, ну і, звісно ж, дуже вродлива — "вся в матір, найкращу жінку в світі". Вона ніколи не намагалась "віддячити тією ж монетою" своїм сестрам, які глузували з неї. Сестри знали, що в неї хороший смак — і завжди радились, у що одягтись, просили робити зачіски, але рівнею її не вважали. Попелюшка мила посуд, прала білизну, виконувала всю чорну роботу, але не нарікала і щиро допомагала сестрам в усьому, старанно працювала. А після свого весілля вона навіть взяла сестер до себе в палац і віддала заміж за двох молодих вельмож. Попелюшка покірно терпіла всі кривди і ніколи не наважувалась поскаржитись батькові. Але сестри та мачуха ніби ще сильніше ненавиділи її за те, що вона і в цьому не схожа на них — адже вони точно не втратили б нагоди поглузувати над кимсь і зробити щось погане.
Recently our lives have become asolutely dependent on modern technologies. More and more people have computers, mobile phones and sophisticated household appliances. Nowadays mobile telephones replaced ordinary old-fashioned telephones in the houses. They are smaller in size and more convenient because they can be used anywhere. The only problem may arise if the battery is off. But in this case this problem may become a total disaster for the mobile phones owners.
The same applies to computers. Very few people today know how to send letters or telegrams. People also more see each other on the screen of the monitor than in real life. Conversations and private meetings between friends become less and less frequent. However if there is a problems with eletricity, we can face another disaster in the form of total loss of commuication.
Copying machines also do a lot of work for us. We have simply become too lazy to re-write long texts.
As to cars, motorbikes and other vehicles, they stole from us one more chance to walk and enjoy a beautiful view of the nature or of the city.
In other words modern technologies made our lives more comfortable and convernient. But at the same we lost some skills that our parents used to have.
The school has vacation.They are only 4. Every vacation begins after each quarter.First vacation-autumn vacation.During the autumn vacation the weather is rainy or snowy,so you have to be home.Second break-winter break.Weather snow.You can play snowballs,go tobogganing,skiing or ice skating.The third break-spring break.Weather then rainy,then Sunny.Already you can walk,ride a bike or roller skates.But if it rains,it becomes cold.The fourth break-summer vacation.This is the longest vacation.You can walk and ride what you want.My favorite holiday is summer vacation.You can prepare for school,to walk,to go to visit and ride what you want.Summer is also my birthday.In late summer everyone starts to prepare for school.Buy clothes,backpacks and educational supplies .And after all go to school.
