Sleeping well and enough is very important. If you don't have a good rest during the night, it affects your mental and physical health. Lack of sleep also reduces your productivity during the hours you are awake. It can influence emotions, immune system, creativity and even our weight! So, what can you do to improve your night sleep?

First of all, make sure that you don't have medical problems that influence your sleep. If there are any, visit a doctor.

Secondly, it's important to have a sleeping schedule and follow it. If you go to sleep every day at a different time, it's hard for your body to adjust.

Regular physical activities can also help you to sleep well. Choose some exercises you like or find time for a 30-minute walk every day. Therefore the quality of your sleep will be much better.

Also, not all the food and drinks are good to eat before you go to bed. If you eat a lot of sweets, it can badly influence your sleep. Be careful with what you eat and try to choose healthy food.

If you find it hard to fall asleep, maybe your sleep environment isn't good enough. Try to arrange it in a way that relaxes you. Fresh air and darkness are essential for a good sleep.

Finally, when you prepare to go to bed, switch off all the gadgets at least 30 minutes before you fall asleep. Have some relaxing routine before bedtime. You can listen to calm music, for instance. It will help to calm down the thoughts and get ready for the night rest.

My last illness had a sore throat. In this illness there is high temperature, fever, throat-ache. My mother told of that rise of temperature can be determined without a thermometer. At high temperature a pain in the teeth. This illness can not be performed on the feet, walking on the street, it can lead to complications in many organs, such as the heart or lungs. For a quick cure requires bed rest. It is not advice to play in the computer and watch TV. Sore throat is observed by reason of emergence in it purulent formations. The last time I was sick with the illness I had to lie in bed for a week.
