From September 2-14, the III International Festival of Culture and Art “Meetings of Friends” will be held in Odessa. The festival is held under the auspices of the administrations of the Presidents of the Russian Federation and Ukraine, with the support of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS, Odessa Regional State Administration and Odessa City Administration with the involvement of cultural organizations of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
