Дорогие друзья,
Как у городского жителя, у меня не было привычки наблюдать за птицами. Время от времени я замечаю их, прыгающими вокруг меня или сидящими рядом с моей скамейкой в парке. По утрам мне нравится слушать пение птиц. Я смотрю вверх на деревья, стараясь увидеть, какие виды птиц поют. Больше всего мне нравятся малиновки (зарянки). Это милая красногрудая птица. Это наиболее распространенные птицы в Соединенных Штатах. Есть штаты, которые выбрали малиновку в качестве символа: Коннектикут, Мичиган и Винсконсин. В каждом из них холодные зимы. Зимой малиновки обычно перелетают в более теплые страны. Я всегда счастлив выглянуть в окно и увидеть малиновку, прыгающую вокруг и охотящейся  за земляными  червями. После месяцев снежной погоды, это хороший знак приближения весны.
