It was Amy. She came back from her friends' party. As she came to the door of the house, she quickly realized that somebody is in because the rug which was lying in front of it had whinkles on it. She was scared because she thought that the house was broken into so she tried to call her husband, secretly hoping it was he. Ian didn't answer the phone call. He looked out of the window and saw Amy standing outside the house. Ian jumped out of the window at the other side of the house, approached Amy and proposed her.
1. If it (is) convenient, let’s meet at nine o’clock. 2. It will be impossible for me to finish my work if you (do not stop) this chatter. 3. Tell him he must visit the Tower if he ever (goes) to London. 6. My friend (would be able) to help us if he (were) here. 7. If it (rains), you (will get) wet. 8. If you (wanted) me to help you, why didn’t you say so? 9. If you (go) away, please, write to me. 10. I (would knit) another sweater if I (had) more wool.
