The inhabitants of many countries (especially in Western Europe),  believe that the citizens of Russia lack cultural behavior. This is not so, Russian culture is different from the culture of many other people, but it definitely exists.
• Good manners mean a quiet voice, calm body language, not "flashy" clothes. The Russians, on the contrary, can raise voice if something does not suit them, they can swing their fists and dress up as it suits them, without considering the opinion of others.
• When meeting Russian men can greet each other with a handshake as well as a kiss on both cheeks.
• Russian people wear  the slippers at home.• When they address their parents they use informal "ti" and not formal "vi"
It is considered unacceptable to put your elbows on the table while eating, and talking with your mouth full.
In transport it is a custom to give up your seat to women and old people.
• Open hearted, Russians are often "without complexes" and when asked  "how are you doing?" they will tell you the whole thing.
• In countries where a smile is considered a protection against bad mood, they often think of the Russians as sullen and harsh people.
