In my opinion, fruits with vegetables are so much better than junk food. Fruits with vegetables are part of the proper nutrition, what is the basis of good health. Eating junk food, a person becomes weak and susceptible to viruses, and proper nutrition enriches the body with energy, what every person needs. So, eat better healthy food, and this is important not only for body shape and beauty, but also for health.
