3.In addition, all the rubbish has to be collected by us. More rubbish bins should be also placed by the town council in the busy areas of the park.
4.Finally, the lake should be cleaned by somebody. The park benches around the lake are needed to be painted by somebody as well.
5.To sum up, if the above recommendations are carried by the town council, Prospect Park will be able to be enjoyed by more people.
