Here in my country people our age also like to play video games, but they also like to study . the Internet should be turned off at night, which is good.you will not be distracted from sleep, INETRNET will not interfere with ESMS.you won't be tempted to play with your phone instead of sleeping .Internet waves will bring your health to life .And make it worse .so my opinion is that you should turn off the Internet at night.
