Dear Julie,
Thank you for your letter! It was great to hear from you.
In your last letter you asked me to tell you about Russian food. OK, I can talk for hours on this topic. People in Russia used to eat some simple dishes. It may be pasta, fried or boiled potatoes or rice with any meat (for example chicken). And it's constantly as I know.
I think that our traditional dishes are pancakes and pelmeni. Everyone likes them!
You mentioned about holiday. Where do you usualy spend it? How long is your holiday? Do you always have a rest with these friends?
Sorry, I must finish now, because I have to revise for my tomorrow exam. Hope to hear from you soon.
Best wishes,

Band-Aid was a charity supergroup featuring mainly British and Irish musicians and recording artists. Their most FAMOUS song "Do They Know It's Christmas?" was first released in 1984.
It was written by Bob Geldof and Midge Ure after they
had been SHOCKed by reports of the 1983-1985 famine in Ethiopia.
The song was number one for five weeks, RAISing millions for charity.
In 2014, the group changed its name to Band-Aid 30 because it was the THIRTieth
time the song "Do They Know It's Christmas?" was recorded.
That year, it aimed to help those who SUFFERed
from the Ebola virus.
Since the time of its birth, the song has MAdE
a lot of money.
Bono, who also appeared on the original, told BBC News, "We've been trying to make this event a thing".
Hello, Julia.
I was glad to recieve your letter.Thank you!
Russian people eat different kinds of food. We eat soups. There is a great variety of different soups in Russia: shchi, rassolnik, shchaveleviy soup and cold soup okroshka but the most famous is "borsch". We also eat different dishes with meat or fish. Russian people often eat pelmeni (meat dumplings). Pelmeny are small pieces of dough stuffed with meat and boiled in the water for about 7 minutes. I also like golubtsy. Golubtsy are boiled cabbage leaves stuffed with meat and rice. The Russians eat everything with bread.
Where are you going to go this summer? Are you going without your parents? Are you going to worl this summer?
Sorry. I have to go. It is time to walk my dog.
Bye!
