Многие люди считают, что экзамен – худшее из всего на свете. Это не удивительно. Экзамены –это всегда стресс, чтобы сдать их, мы должны посвятить все свое свободное время. Однако результат не всегда удовлетворительный. Мы проводим долгие часы за изучением, чтением различных книг и поиском необходимых материалов и, как следствие, мы иногда получаем только глубокое отчаяние.

In such a case, I begin to imagine how happy I will become after the successful passing of the exam. It is also possible to promise yourself to buy something that you have wanted for a long time, if the result is good enough.
Даже если мы организуем наше время, может случиться, что учёба не дает никакого результата, из-за отсутствия мотивации. Я думаю, что лучшей является самомотивация, если мы собираемся, достичь высоких результатов. Иногда нет желания учиться. В таком случае, я представляю себе, каким счастливым я буду после успешной сдачи экзамена. Кроме того, можно пообещать себе купить то, что вы хотели в течение долгого времени, если результат будет достаточно хорошим.
The next step will be getting rid of negative thoughts. We must understand that there is no good in it. We just become depressed and instead of studying, we waste our time, being lazy and thinking about the mishap. Exams can be different. Some of them are not very important, at least those which we pass every school year. Of course, it does not mean that you must ignore them. I am just trying to explain, that such an exam does not have a crucial influence on your future as it is in case with the exams, which we have at the end of the study at school.

The exam is not the worst thing that expects us in life. No doubt, that a lot of patience is needed to live through the period of passing of the exam. The fear and the apprehension can get in the way of receiving a satisfactory mark. You need to work hard and be sure that everything will be all right.
