Ronnie James Dio and Vinnie Appice formed Dio with the help of other first members of this group after leaving Black Sabbath because they wanted to continue working together as a band. Ronnie James has sold over 47 million copies of albums of all of the bands he has worked with. His career finished after his death in 2010 at the age of 67.
