In 2009, Chinese meteorologists were trying to create rain during a drought when a cold front arrived and turned the rain into a heavy snowstorm. Beijing froze and there was chaos on the roads!
Some scientists don't believe that we can really control the weather, but others think that in the future, we will be able to control it with 'nanobots' or microscopic robots.
