2- Exercising is necessary for good health for several reasons. Firstly, it helps to maintain a healthy weight. If we consume more calories than we burn through physical activity, our bodies will store the excess energy as fat, leading to weight gain. Regular exercise helps to balance the calories we consume and burn, which helps to control our body weight.

In addition, exercising helps to build strong muscles and bones. Weight-bearing exercises, like weightlifting or walking, put stress on our bones, which stimulates bone growth and improves their density. Similarly, strength training exercises help to strengthen and tone our muscles, which enhances our physical abilities and reduces the risk of injuries.

Furthermore, regular exercise has positive effects on mental health as well. When we exercise, our body releases chemicals called endorphins, which are known as "feel-good" hormones. Endorphins can boost our mood, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve overall mental well-being.

3- "The energy balance" refers to the equilibrium between the calories we consume and the calories we burn through physical activity. It is essential for maintaining a healthy weight. When our energy intake (calories consumed) matches our energy expenditure (calories burned), our body weight remains stable. However, if our energy intake exceeds our energy expenditure, we will gain weight, and if our energy intake is less than our energy expenditure, we will lose weight.

4- Fatty foods are foods that contain a high amount of fat. Fat is a nutrient that provides energy for our bodies, but consuming too much fat can lead to weight gain and health problems. Examples of fatty foods include butter, oils (such as vegetable oil or olive oil), fatty meats (like bacon or sausage), full-fat dairy products (such as whole milk or cheese), and certain snacks and desserts that are high in saturated or trans fats, like potato chips or cookies.

It's important to note that not all fats are bad for our health. Healthy fats, such as those found in avocados, nuts, and fatty fish (like salmon or mackerel), are beneficial for our bodies and should be included in a balanced diet in moderation.

Overall, in order to maintain good health, it is essential to engage in regular exercise, consume a balanced diet that includes healthy fats in moderation, and strive to maintain an energy balance by matching caloric intake with physical activity.
