Paris is the capital and largest city of France. It is situated on the river Seine, in northern France, at the heart of the'ile-de-France region. The city of Paris, within its administrative limits (the 20 arrondissements) has a population of about 2,300,000. Its metropolitan area is one of largest population centres in Europe, with more than 12 million inhabitants. Paris is today one of the world's leading business and cultural centres. It’s situated in the north part of central France at the bank of the river Seine. Paris is considered to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world, and it is certainly the most romantic. The city is full of sights and tourist attractions, including charming architecture, numerous bridges and squares. There are more than 130 museums and 1800 historic places there. Perhaps the most famous and visited sight is the Eiffel Tower. It is not only the symbol of Paris but of the whole country. This iron tower was built by a talented engineer Gustav Eiffel and was a part of World’s Fair in 1889.
7. 1. The cat was very good at catching rats and mice. He played so many cunning tricks on them. He never came home without a rat or a mouse. He could hide in the wheat, or pretend to be dead. 2. There was no need for the cat speaking to somebody before. But now the youngest son got him and started thinking what to do with the cat. The man spoke loudly and the cat heard that he was upset and thought about eating him and making a hat out of cat's fur. So, to avoid death, to prove that he is not useless and to help his new master the cat began talking.

Я хочу, чтобы моя страна получила от своих граждан, сострадание и трудолюбие, уважение и разумный подход, восхищение и любовь. Она достойна этого, потому что, пройдя нелегкие испытания войнами, голодом и эпидемиями, выжила и расцвела во всей красе для нас. И сегодня все эти блага природы, используемые людьми, живущими в России. Наши голы,задачи и цели-защитить и увеличить свое богатство. Давайте любить и ценить нашу страну, это одна из величайших держав мира.
