When you think about changes in other areas of our life, transportation is pretty much the same as it was years ago. 3)Следить за соблюдением закона для всех граждан независимо от общественного положения и материального достатка.
4)Ввести систему вознаграждений за сообщение о преступлении если у сообщившего есть доказательства.
5) полностью конфисковывать имущество у лиц совершивших хищение в особокрупных размерах, а так же имушество ближайших родственников если оно не соответствует их заработку!
