В центре сюжета — Веном, один из самых известных антигероев вселенной Человека-паука. Это симбиот, разумное существо инопланетного происхождения, которое вселяется в тело бывшего журналиста Эдди Брока.
Когда Эдди только только узнал что в него вселился какое то существо(симбиот) на него началось охота, точнее на симбиота.
В тем временем был ещё один симбиот опаснее Венома, который искал Венома что бы уничтожить мир. (ну я так понял)
