Первое условное
Мы употребляем первое условное, когда хотим выразить реальное условие в настоящем или будущем.
If the weather is fine, we will go for a walk. Если погода будет хорошей, мы пойдем гулять.

Формула

If/when + П+ Present Simple, П + Future Simple

Если if или when стоят в начале, то запятая после первой части ставится. Если if и when стоят во второй части, то запятая не ставится.

We will go for a walk if the weather is fine.

Future Simple

(+) Подлежащее + will (или ‘ll) + глагол

(?) Will + подлежащее + глагол

(-) Подлежащее + will not (или won’t) + глагол

Вместо if not (если не) в первом условном может использоваться unless (если не).

Важно! После unless нельзя писать отрицание, глагол должен быть положительным, так как в английском предложении может быть только одно отрицание.

If he doesn’t come, we will stay at home.

Или ту же самую мысль: Unless he comes, we will stay at home.
