Every day I get up at six o’clock and go to the bathroom. After that I go to the kitchen to have breakfast. My breakfast consists of an apple or a few tangerines. Instead of tea or coffee, I drink water -- it sets me up for the day. After breakfast I go to my room to do my morning exercises. The exercises I do in my room take from 10 to 15 minutes, but they are not over yet. I go out for a walk or run to the shop to buy milk, milk makes the bones stronger. After the walk I do various things. For dinner I have either porridge or pizza, as the mood takes me. After dinner I go to a dancing class, I spend there most of my time. In the evening I have a fat-free meal, which allows me to avoid gaining weight. I drink no fewer than seven glasses of water a day to avoid dehydration. That is the way I keep fit.
