110 г размягченного сливочного масла
220 г сахарной пудры
2 лимона
2 стручка ванили
4 яйца
270 мл молока
110 г муки
Как приготовить творожный ванильный пудинг:
Стручки ванили разрезать вдоль, вынуть зерна, положить ваниль в миску.
Натереть цедру с лимонов, добавить масло и сахарную пудру, все взбить вместе. В массу добавить желтки яиц, еще раз взбить.
Вылить туда же молоко комнатной температуры, выдавить лимонный сок, высыпать муку. Перемешать.
Выложить тесто в смазанную маслом форму для запекания, выпекать на водяной бане 45 минут при 280 градусах. Подавать с клубникой и сливками или сметаной.
