Since Facebook, MySpace or Bebo appeared, they have become a great way for young people to keep in touch with friends. There are things, however, you should do to stay safe and protect yourselves. First, if you do not want to use your real name, you may invent a nickname. Also, most sites ask you to provide them with an email address: use any address to avoid spam or unwanted guests. Feel free to write lots of interesting things in your online profile, but never ever put real house address or existing phone numbers. In fact, don't give any information that potentially could let strangers know your identity, because on the Internet you never know who is looking.
/тут что-то пропущено/ If you fail to protect their personal data, you will put your friends in danger in the future. So the general massage is: have fun, but take care.
In this monologue I'd like to tell you about my favourite dish.
I like eating good food, but I can't really cook, so I usually buy precooked meals and instant food.
Before, when I still lived with my mother, I used to eat more healthy food than I do now. But now that I live alone I have started eating more junk food. The only person saving me from this junk is my elder sister, who likes to cook and is always glad to come to my place to cook and keep me company during dinner. I love what she cooks, especially her special, the secret of which she refuses to tell me. I often add a lot of salt and red pepper to my food, which is why I like her pasta and chicken specialty so much - it has a lot of different spices. I'd like to learn to cook it, but my sister refuses to tell me which spices she adds to make it have such a rich flavour, which is why I just ask her to cook it for me more often.
To conclude, I like it better when somebody else cooks for me, and I can just assist in the process. I know my sister likes to cook and always adds a part of her soul into the making of her dishes, so I happily eat everything she cooks.
