Prezent Perfect-настоящие завершеное, тоесть действие завершилось к настоящему моменту ( к данному моменту).
Так же можно рассматривать это время в предложениях по словам тоесть если вас спрашивают какое время у предложения то можно распознать по слледущим словам: yet, just, already, ever и т. д можно посмотреть слова "маркеры" в интернете и перевод тоже.
Если вас просят составить предложение утвердительно то составлять его так: сначала идет подлежащие потом has/have в зависомости от рода потом уже глагол в 3 степени и все остальное. Если просят составить вопросительное предложение то сначла ставятся has\have, подлежащие, глагол в 3 степени потом все остальное))
