Eton College
Eton College is a private school in Eton, Berkshire, England. The school was founded in 1440 by King Henry the VI who was only eighteen at that time.
Eton is the most famous public school in the world. It is a boarding school for boys, between 13 to 18, who live and study away from home.
With its combination of excellent teachers and small classes, Eton gives its students a very good education. The college looks old-fashioned, but it is very well-equipped and has modern laboratories.
Eton’s students wear an old-fashioned school uniform. It consists of a black tailcoat, black striped trousers, a black waistcoat, polished black shoes, a false-collar and a white tie.
Languages are very important at Eton. Every boy chooses two modern languages.
