Often for this sport selected tall buildings. Diving is scuba diving with special equipment. It's need to be well prepared to go diving. Heliskiing is kind of skiing. It is descent into untouched snow slopes, away from the prepared tracks.
I think, that extreme sport helps a person or relieve stress, or to get it.
