Going to - спланированное действие.
Present Continious в форме будущего времени - действие, которое скорее всего произойдет в будущем.
1) Will you help - спонтанный вопрос.
2) Will disappear, потому что глагол appear не используется в форме Continious.
3) She is taking part - действие, которое скорее всего произойдет.
4) we're playing - действие, которое должно произойти.
5) I'll have it - спонтанное решение.
6) won't be - предсказание, предположение.
