У нас в России школьные каникулы бывают весной, летом, осенью и зимой. Наши летние каникулы самые продолжительные. Они обычно начинаются в июне и заканчиваются в августе. Школа начинается в сентябре. Российские школьники говорят, что они очень любят летние каникулы. Многие дети проводят свои каникулы в стране. Некоторые мальчики и девочки путешествуют по России и выезжают заграницу со своими родителями. Россия очень большая страна, больше, чем многие другие страны мира. Там много интересных мест летом мы с моими родителями путешествовали в Нижний Новгород. Нижний Новгород старый город на Волге.Моя сестра Катя, наши родители и я ездили в Нижний Новгород на поезде. Путешествие на поезде было более комфортабельным, чем путешествие на самолете или по морю. Нам нравится город Нижний Новгород, один из больших и старых городов России. Мы видели Кремль с 13тью башнями и ходили на Покровскую улицу купить подарки нашим друзьям. Катя и я насладились нашими каникулами. Мы поедем повидать Нижний Новгород снова следующим летом и посмотрим больше мест.
Travellingin Russia
Russia is a very big country , bigger than many countries in the world . There are a lot of interesting places in it .Last summer my parents and i travelled to. Nizhni Novgorod . Nizhni Novgorod is an old city on the Volga . We saw the Kremlin with its thirteen towers and went to Pokrovskaya Street.We are going to visit Nizhni Novgorod again next summer and see more of the place
Evgenia Medvedeva, who was born in 1999, is a Russian figure skater. Her coach is Eteri Tutberidze, the former coach of Julia Lipnitskaya. Evgenia achieved high results with the performance to the music of Rene Aubrey and Avel Korzeniowski in the season 2015/2016. She is the 2016 World Champion, 2016 European Champion, 2015 Grand Prix Final champion. This amazing girl was winning championship after championship.
She is the only one figure skater who performs jumps with the arm over her head, which is her feature. In addition, she is trying to do jumps with two arms over her head. Maybe we will see her doing so in the World Championships. My favourite is how softly and fast she is skating. Her skating looks like the flying bird, like figure skating is a very easy sport to do. That is that thing which draws my attention to her beautiful performances.
She set two times a new record. The first record for the free program gaining 151,56 points and the second the short program and the free program together were 229,11 points(the previous world record 228,56 was set by Kim Yuna).
In conclusion, Evgenia Medvedeva is a new star of the Russian figure skating. I will hope that she will be skating even better with the new performances in the season 2016/2017.
