pancakes
Flour - 1.5 glass.
Egg - 2 pcs
Milk - 1 glass.
Water - 1 glass.
Vegetable oil - 50 ml
Sugar - 1 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.
Beat egg yolks with salt and sugar, add milk and water, butter and, stirring constantly, add the flour. Add the beaten egg whites and mix.
Bake thin pancakes.
Serve with hot aromatic tea and different kinds of fillings: jam, jam, etc..
