People created jazz which is the type of music and art form in the us. Black Americans created jazz. People brought many blacks from Africa to America as slaves. Black slaves sung different native songs and played music of their homeland in America. People formed the first jazz bands at the end of nineteenth century. Today people play jazz all over the world. On every continent they held special festivals where jazz musicians from the U.S. Asia Africa South Africa and Europe meet and share their music. Let's hope that no matter what happens in music people will always perform and listen to jazz
