Dear Mat, Great to hear from you again and I'm sorry for not writing for ages. I'm glad to hear that you had fun during a sports day at your school. Let me answer your questions. Well, I do much to keep fit: I go to the gym three times a week and to the swimming pool four times a week. I really care about my health: I eat healthy food, I drink much water every day and I do sports. As for my food, I prefer home-made food. If you remember, my mum cooks great! That's all for now.
