Так вот когда ты видишь слова допустим bigger ( я буду пояснять на этом прилагательном) than ты понимаешь что это сравнительная степень сравнения! Когда ты видишь the biggest ты понимаешь что это превосходная степень сравнения. Но также есть и пригательные к которым не напишешь просто без слов more и most. Это прилагательные в которых больше одного слога. Например слово beautiful. Вот как нужно его писать more beautiful than (это в сравнительной степени сравнения)! И вот еще как the most beautiful (это в превосходной степени сравнения)! В этом случае ты наверное видишь что я не написала к слову beautiful суффикс er или est. Да да именно так и нужно. Я не ошиблась. То есть слова more и most тут служат вместо суффиксов.
