If I was the mayor of the city, then first of all start from an aesthetic issue. In our city, though there are some jewelry and cut the trees, but it looks awful. An hour later when the clock struck 12 we started to wish each other all the best. Then we ate festive food. Also we danced a lot. We told a lot of jokes and laughed. In fact nobody was sad that night. At 4 a.m. we went out to pull crackers. Funny enough, some more people who were total strangers joined us in the fun. Then we returned home and had some cake and tea. Some hours later my guests went home. I went to bed and slept till midday. I hope my next New Year will be not worse!
