Elsa is 21 years old at the time of her coronation, and the age difference between her and Anna is about 3.5 years (Anna is 18 years old at the time of her coronation). Elsa is the Queen of Arendelle, from birth with the gift of creating snow and ice, and from the outside she appears restrained and withdrawn, although a real storm of emotions is raging inside her - she has to live in fear and constantly suppress her magical gift.
