Три степени сравнения: tall (обычная) - taller (сравнительная) - the tallest (превосходная). Если слово маленькое, то, чаще всего мы используем именно эти три формы. Стоит отметить ещё только исключения, как, например, good - better - the best, bad - worse - the worst и другие. Длинные же слова мы не меняем, а добавляем перед ними слова:
beautiful (обычная) - more beautiful (сравнительная) - the most beautiful (превосходная).
Не может быть смешивания, то есть нельзя сказать: more taller, так как нельзя использовать две степени сравнения подряд. Поэтому же нельзя говорить и: the most tallest. Отталкиваясь от всего вышеперечисленного, выполняем задание:
1. Josh is THE TALLEST of all the boys in the school.
2. His work is MORE DIFFICULT than our work.
3. It is the MOST BORING programme on TV.
4. This exercise is WORSE than the last one.
5. This is the HAPPIEST day of my life.
6. Tom is TALLER than his father.
7. My sister is QUIETER than me.
8. This is the BEST book I've ever read.
9. My brother is two years OLDER than me.
pizza
Can there be anything better than pizza? If you ask me, the answer will be direct and clear, there is nothing better than pizza objectively, and other opinions can only indicate a lack of understanding.
Once you have tasted the real taste, it is almost impossible to part with it. If you know the taste of high-quality pizza, understand this dish and know it, then nothing else, in fact, is required. This option is optimal for any period of the day, for a variety of situations and events.
Of course, I'm talking about the classic recipe, thin dough, quite refined and high-quality ingredients, a harmonious combination of those. If done correctly, the set of components becomes not just a sum, but something much larger, and not everyone can really understand, and sometimes only feel, but this is enough.
There are different variations that, in fact, are nothing more than parodies, but imitation is the highest form of flattery and real pizza certainly deserves flattery from those who are not given to recognize this taste and repeat it in reality. Some want to have pizza at home, others want to be able to cook and make their own and try to repeat the recipes. Not many people succeed, and it takes hard work to understand the recipe and, most importantly, be able to reproduce it.
Sometimes they make different variations and call them national color or even their own invention. For example, the so-called Russian pizza, baked in the oven, with sliced boiled sausage, soft cheese and ketchup, or American pizza, with high sides or thick dough, with a bunch of completely ridiculous ingredients. Of course, all this looks absurd, and sometimes you look with sadness at the fools who proudly pull such a creation out of their oven and present it as something really worthwhile, or even take pride in how many different "pizzas" they can make.
I prefer only high-quality products and consider pizza an option for real gourmets who understand how and how to fill their inner content, how to saturate themselves. That's why pizza is my choice.
