How to avoid stress before exams?
Well, firstly you need to calm down and try to understand how can you avoid stress.
There are some ways of doing this. For example, you can make a suitable timetable for yourself. You need to plan all your month, or week, or day before exams. You need to decide how can you make it easier for you, how can you find a proper time for relaxing, for studying, for homework or hobbies.
Besides making your timetable you need to know that keeping fit is really healthy too. By doing some trainings and exercises you can train yourself for a better work and it helps you to concentrate, to feel yourself healthy and full of energy and power.
Also, it’s really helpful to decide what to eat. You better keep fit and eat vegetables, fruits, meat and porridges. But if you want to treat yourself with some deserts, you can eat dark chocolate that helps your brain to work harder.
That are one of the most important and helpful ways of not being scared of exams and not feeling stress. Hope it will help you! But of course the most vital way is just not to be scared of it. You should tell yourself that everything is going to be ok and it will be so.
