We want to analyse the situation in the company “Western technique”. Our income dropped last year and our production is of low demand. We are interested in increasing profit and try to work out a strategy of our future activities. We have produced recorders for 10 years but manufacturing of old models has become unprofitable. Now we are planning to develop a portable recorder of unusual design which we hope will be bought by people listening to music every day at home and travelling people. We also decided to advertise the new model. It will help to show its advantages. I’m sure this new recorder produced by our firm will be one of the most successful in the market.
