Перевести на я считаю что в системе социального обеспечения гражан россии нет ничего необычного.хотя система социального обеспечения граждан и существует,но во многих случаях она бездейственна.многие люди не знают о полженных им льготах, или же просто не получают их,не имея возможности их оформить.система социального обеспечения граждан является сложной-чтобы получить льготы,нужно оформить множество бумаг и пройтись по многим кабинетам. в россии есть множество пособий-по инвалидности,по старости(пенсия),участникам великой отечественной войны,воинам-интернацианалистам,пособие по безработице,по беременности и ,ежемесячное пособие по уходу за ребенком и многие другие
