I do think you should both talk it out without arguing about who's right and who's wrong. Ignoring what happened or acting false happy is gonna make matters worse. But you should give it a little bit more time before engaging into a conversation with your sister. Remember not to get mad at her if she doesn't want to speak to you yet. I do often argue with my elder brother because we have such a big age gap and sometimes i don't understand his choices or priorities in life, it often leads to a quarrel but he is still my elder brother and i know he is always there and so am i. We will always take care of each other.
