Animals are very important to people. Dogs and cats are our pets. Some farmers keep sheep and cows so that they give meat and milk. We ride horses. We look at the lions and tigers at the circus. A vet job is a perfect job for people who love animals. Vets treat different animals: dogs, cats, guinea pigs, cows, pigs, horses. Some vets treat even animals from the zoo such as tigers and giraffes. Veterinarians must be careful when they treat sick animals. A sick animal can bite, kick or scratch them. They must know about various diseases that affect animals and treat them. Moreover vets must know how to behave with animals so that neither a vet nor an animal was injured.
The concert is being held (Present Continuous Passive) as part of the Star of Bethlehem Christmas Festival held in St. Petersburg between Jan 9-19.
