Fast food for and against
Fast food-food with reduced time for eating and cooking, with simplified or abolished Cutlery or off the table. Some people believe that fast food is a good food that does not harm health, it is also fast to prepare and convenient for people with irregular working hours. Others believe the opposite - fast food is really bad for our health.
In my opinion, fast food is considered harmful food, as it is the cause of long-term diseases and bad mood. What's more, I think fast food is a small snack that can really mess up your digestion. In addition, due to a lack of vitamins, the mood will be bad most of the time, which will affect human activity.
Other people, however, believe that fast food is very convenient. First, the food does not need to be prepared, because it is sold in stores or eaten in different cafes. I think this is very convenient for lazy people. Second, fast food is very convenient for busy people, because they don't have much time. Therefore, they must eat fast food to save their time.
I do not agree with the opposite opinion, because I am sure that vegetables and fruits are the healthy food that our body needs in life. Moreover, vegetables will keep our body in good shape, and the bones will be strong.
In conclusion, I firmly believe that only healthy food and sports are a recipe for a good body, health and beauty. And I urge everyone to refuse or limit the intake of fast food.
