The emerging subculture of the style was considered the Soviet movement of the second half of the 40s - 50s. At this time in the busy streets of the cities you could see young people dressed up to indecency in defiant clothing. Supporters of the movement of that time were cynical in their judgments and indifference to Soviet norms of behavior and morality.
