Travel Broadens the Mind. 1. The amins of making that project was interest in that topic and telling each other about trvalling abroad. 2. People like travelling because of the following reasons: Somebody said that the world is a book, and those who don't travel read only one page. People travel becuase they like exploring new cities, know a little bit more about the world, how do the other people live in different countries. 3. I enjoy travelling to countries with good climate, where you can relax on the beach and enjoy the sea. Most of Russian people prefer go to Turkey, Egypt (not at the moment because of protests), Thailand, China.. And also they choose Sochi, Anapa and cities like that. The most preferable way of travelling is travelling by the plane. Today tickets for planes are much cheaper than they have been before because of increasing of people who travel and it's much faster than travelling by car or a train. 4. When I wanna (want to) find a place to live, I usually choose a hostel. Why? It's much cheaper than booking a room in a hotel. And I could say it's much more excting! 5. Насколько я понял, надо рассказать, что нравится делать больше всего. You could do a lot of things there. Visiting cinemas, going through stunning avenues, drinking great Irish bear.. And just take a look of the city by flying on the helicopter. 6. The most memorable trip was a trip to Boston (the USA). This city is also called "New England" because it's not a typical American city. Everything is made in "English" style. This megalopolis is full of life, in it's heart it has a beautiful Central Park (as in NYC). I stayed there for 2 weeks and I tried everything what I wanted to try. а) As I said I went to Boston. In that city I didn't have anybody to live with, so I travelled alone, stayed in a hostel. The weather in that city is kind of unpredictable. Sometimes it's rainy, but usually it's sunny. б) This is multicultural city which has a lot of museums, parks and stuff like that. They even have a home of Russian culture! So we visited cinema, located next to the Downtown, went throught Robbery street and had some shopping. в) Well. If you pay that price, I guess your impressions should justify your hopes. And it actually happend! This trip was great, if I could, I'd try to visit that city again. г) I bought a lot of souvenirs for my relatives! They are all different from each other. But quiet expensive.. Each is about $4. And of course I took a lot of photos. Met a lot of new people, had a great expirience of talking with people from different countries. 7) I definetly recommend you to visit that city. You will get great knowledge of their culture and just be impressed by it's views!
Что касается меня, я увлекаюсь спортом с детства. Честно говоря, я предпочитаю командные игры, так как люблю чувствовать поддержку партнеров в таких играх. Волейбол – моя любимая игра. Нужно быть быстрым и подавать неожиданные мячи своим соперникам по другую сторону сетки. В школе я был капитаном нашей волейбольной команды, и мы участвовали в городских матчах. Мне нравилась атмосфера соревнования и сладкий вкус наших побед. Иногда мы проигрывали, конечно, но старались принимать поражение с достоинством. А сейчас, когда приходит лето, мы часто играем в пляжный волейбол.
As for me, I’ve been fond of sports activities since my childhood. To tell the truth I prefer team games because I like feeling support of my partners in such games. Volleyball is my favorite. You have to be fast and give unexpected balls to your competitors on the other side of the net. At school I was the captain of our volleyball team and we took part in our city matches. I enjoyed the atmosphere of competitions and the sweet taste of our victories. Sometimes we lost, of course, but we tried to accept our defeat with dignity. And now when summer comes we often play beach volleyball.
