4.Tell about healthy lifestyle and give advice how to keep fit.
We all know how important it is to keep fit and be healthy. I usually eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. I try to avoid eating junk food such as sweet drinks, cookies, crisps, because it isn't good for my health. I want to be fit, so I play handball. It is my favourite kind of sport and a great form of exercise. Playing handball makes my arms and legs stronger. Besides, it is an exciting fast team sport. I play it a few times a week. I think it is a great game for everybody who wants to be fit and healthy.
