например: готовить ужин, ты его начал готовить чуть ранее(в но по настоящий момент ты его до сих пор готовишь. И надо заметить, что континиус это длительное время)
present perfect - это действие совершенное в настоящий момент, но уже законченное. Ты решил включить телевизор, то есть ты встал, включил и сел на место. Это произошло быстро, ведь ты не дооолго нажимал пока он включится..
