становится -- процесс длительный в настоящем времени, значит, Present Continuous
2) Думаю, она пытается похудеть.
пытается похудеть -- процесс длительный в настоящем времени, значит, Present Continuous.
3) Она пытается делать все возможное.
действие постоянное в настоящем времени, значит, Present Simple
4) Рон получил новую работу. Он зарабатывает состояние как управляющий директор.
получил работу(и сейчас работает) -- результат в связан с настоящим, значит, Present Perfect
зарабатывает почему-то в форме Present Continuous, хотя я бы поставил Present Simple как постоянное действие.
