For example, people are killed as a result of unfavorable natural conditions, from hunger, cold, accidents. Unfortunately, a large number of people die from various crimes, from imprudent actions that lead to the death of a person, such as violation of the rules of safety, traffic, handling of various dangerous substances and objects. People kill each other in wars, during interethnic and other conflicts, on the basis of blood feud. But all the above examples of the deprivation of a person's life socially and legally have nothing to do with the death penalty.
