Sport is really important for our body and health. It helps you to keep your body type very healthy. People should do sport everyday, actually. For girls, they don`t need muscle tarinning, may be a bit, iall they need is to keep their body type. For them being slim is the last option. There are many ways of trainning, that we can have. I like sport, and my favourite on - is Badminton. It has 9 precedure, and it`s perfectly lies on our organism, where every organ within it`s organell can have it`s own tarinning. I like it, because it`s really interesting to have a match. Your reactions, attention, and velocity all connected with it`s one sport.
